1. Who processes your data
The data controller is MEHOV CONSULT EOOD, UIC 204406662, correspondence address: Sofia 1756, Darvenitsa District, Block 48, Entrance V, Office 6, email d.mehov@gmail.com, phone +359 879 88 44 88.
2. What data we collect and why
- Enquiry and contact forms. When you write to us through the website we receive your name, phone, email, message and, optionally, your company name. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, if you decide to work with us, to prepare a contract. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Technical data. When the website loads, our server and service providers receive your IP address, browser and device type, date and time. They are used for security and for displaying the website correctly. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Phone and email. If you call or email us directly, we process the data you provide in order to reply.
3. Third-party services
- Cloudflare Turnstile – protects the forms from automated spam. When the check is displayed, Cloudflare receives technical data about your connection.
- Google Maps – the map on the Contact page is loaded from Google; when it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies.
- Composity – the platform the website is built on. Form data is stored in its infrastructure and forwarded to our email.
These providers may process data on servers outside the European Union. In such cases the transfer takes place with appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (for example standard contractual clauses).
4. Cookies
The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Only technically necessary cookies may be set by Cloudflare (spam protection) and by Google when the map loads. You can delete or block them in your browser settings; this does not prevent you from browsing the website.
5. How long we keep the data
Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months after the last correspondence about it. If you become our client, data is kept in accordance with the contract and the retention periods under accounting and tax law.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise your rights, write to d.mehov@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with a new update date.
